How the £100 works

The £100 is paid once the sale of the referred property completes, not when they're referred or when they instruct.
Paid by bank transfer after completion.
No limit on how many people you can refer.
The referral fee applies to properties in Dumfries & Galloway sold through Duncan Ure, Compass Estates.
The person you refer needs to be someone I'm not already in contact with about selling their property.

Questions about referring someone

Do they need to already be selling?

No. Anyone who might be thinking about it counts, even if they haven't decided yet. I'll have an honest, no-pressure conversation with them.

What if they don't end up selling with you?

Then there's no referral fee, but there's no downside either. There's no obligation on them to instruct me, and referring them costs you nothing.

How many people can I refer?

As many as you like. £100 applies per completed sale, with no cap on the number of referrals.

When and how do I get paid?

Once the sale completes, by bank transfer. I'll get your details when I confirm the referral with you.
