What data we collect and why

When you submit a valuation request or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and property details. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a valuation appointment or send you information you have requested.

If you subscribe to the Your Compass Guide newsletter, we collect your name and email address for the purpose of sending you our monthly property newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where applicable, consent (newsletter subscription, analytics and advertising cookies).

How your data is stored

Form submissions are processed via Formspree (formspree.io), a secure form service, and delivered to a password-protected email inbox. Newsletter subscriber data is stored in Mailchimp. Data is not stored on this website's server.

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted.
